Admission Process

The admission for the new academic year commences from the day of Akshya Trithi every year. The application for admission and the prospectus can be procured from the office.
Parents seeking admission for their children are expected to visit the school in person along with them. A general discussion will be held with the children on topics relevant to their current academic level. Their general attitude and responsiveness along with their answers are evaluated and then the admission is granted.
A child may be given provisional admission, if the application is accompanied by an authenticated mination of the previous school and if in the opinion of the head of the school the marks are acceptable.
Children to be admitted into Pre.KG and Jr.KG must have completed two and a half years and three and a half years of age respectively, as on 31st July of the academic year. The original birth certificate must be produced at the time of admission for verification.
Age criteria for admission: Children have to meet the stipulated age requirements for admission as on June 30 the of the current year.

Withdrawal

Students who withdraw admission would forfeit the payments made towards fees, cost of books, etc. The full-term fees should be paid before the commencement of the term. No refund will be made under any circumstances. When required, the transfer certificate will be issued only when the fees and all other dues have been paid in full. If a parent decides to withdraw a student from the school, due notice is expected from them before a week. The school reserves the right to ask a parent to withdraw a child on grounds of misconduct, indiscipline or for poor academic progress.
The application for the TC at any point of time of the academic year will only be considered when the fees for the whole year is cleared by the student (fees for all the three terms) irrespective of the time of joining the school or leaving it.
